We never use marshmallows in the fudge-making process itself. Our fudge is crafted using traditional kettle methods for a rich, smooth texture. However, select flavors like Rocky Road include marshmallows as added mix-ins to create their signature taste and experience.

For the best experience, we suggest enjoying your fudge within about three weeks of receiving it. It will stay in great condition for roughly a month at room temperature and even longer when refrigerated. If sealed well and stored in the freezer, fudge can remain fresh for up to a year.
